For more than ten years, Darin has served the Fellows Program as a mentor, Job Teams lead, and currently as the Steering Committee Chair. Professionally, he is a retired Marine Corps officer, having served globally during the pre- and post-9/11 national security era. Corporately, Darin is a redemptive builder, serving in CEO, President, and COO leadership roles across several companies, helping these organizations transform, grow, scale, and meet the demands of a dynamic marketplace. His passion is to see Fellows start well and flourish as marketplace leaders.

Bracey Fuenzalida leads the National Fellows Program, driving its vision and strategy that shapes recent college graduates into thoughtful, faithful, and influential leaders. A seasoned leader with a 35-year career spanning entrepreneurship, coaching, business strategy, and theological study, Bracey is driven by a passion for creativity, human flourishing, and purposeful leadership. His academic background—from studies in Mathematics and Architecture at New York City Tech to History and Theology at Nyack College—shapes his holistic, people-centered approach to equipping the next generation of Christian leaders to make meaningful impact across the marketplace, the church, and society. Across the public and private sectors, and in higher education, he has led as an owner, director, and enterprise strategist—guiding teams through complex challenges with clarity and a people-focused leadership style. Known for turning ambiguity into alignment, he has built companies from the ground up, reshaped business channels, and led teams around the world. His work blends technical excellence with a deep commitment to helping people thrive and organizations flourish.

Rev. Bob Ragan has been serving individuals facing relational and sexual challenges in the DC Metro area since 1988 and entered full-time Christian ministry in 1993. As a ministry director, he helped establish support groups, offered discipleship and healing prayer, and equipped churches with essential resources. Bob has taught and ministered across the United States and on five continents and has served on the boards of several national and international Christian organizations. He is the author of Path Through the Wilderness (2017) and has been an invited speaker for the C.S. Lewis Institute and Youth With a Mission (YWAM). Ordained as a Vocational Deacon in 2007, Bob currently serves as a Congregational Care Deacon and chaplain at The Falls Church Anglican. Rev. Ragan serves as the Chaplain to the Fellows.

The Rev. Dr. Samuel D. Ferguson became rector of The Falls Church Anglican in May of 2019, having served on staff in various roles since 2011. Raised in Chester County, PA, Sam attended Drexel University in Philadelphia where, following graduation, he coached high school basketball in the Philadelphia Public League and worked for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. After sensing a call to pastoral ministry, he undertook theological training at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (M.Div), Cambridge University (M.Phil), and Southeastern Seminary (Ph.D.). Sam was ordained as a presbyter in the Anglican Church in North America in 2011. He is the author of the recent book, The Spirit and Relational Anthropology in Paul, which considers an idea at the heart of his pastoral vision: We are not ourselves by ourselves but need each other to be faithful disciples of Christ.

Ellen Tyson brings a rich background in social work, education, and community care to her role as Housing Coordinator for the National Fellows. A graduate of James Madison University (’90) and Temple University (’96), where she earned her master’s in social work, Ellen has served in mental health, adoption services, and spent nine years teaching at The Falls Church Day School. Since 2012, she has been the building and office manager at Rivendell School, where her warmth, organization, and hospitality shine every day. Ellen and her husband, Jim—married since 1991—live in Arlington, Virginia, and are proud parents of two adult sons: Erik, who married former Capitol Hill Fellow Madison Urban in 2025, and Matthew, who is in his second year as a plumber’s apprentice. Over the last decade, Ellen and Jim have opened their home to seven Fellows, joyfully investing in their lives and spiritual growth. In her spare time, Ellen loves planning her next vacation, rescuing and repainting furniture found on the street, and spending quality time with her husband.

Mark Shields serves as Chair of Vocational Strategy & Employer Engagement, bringing extensive expertise in business strategy, analytics, and organizational leadership. He cofounded Avascent—the premier independent strategy and management consulting firm serving government-driven markets until its sale to Oliver Wyman in 2022. Mark helped guide firm-wide management while overseeing major client accounts and strategy engagements across the aerospace, defense, logistics, and infrastructure sectors. His deep experience across defense industries, aviation, surface transportation, and large-scale logistics makes him a trusted advisor and a valuable resource to Fellows discerning their vocational path. Mark holds an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and a BS in Engineering, French, and Military Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Michael Unger brings decades of global economic insight to the Fellows community, where he leads the National Fellows Admissions Team and invests deeply in mentoring young leaders. Known for his pastoral presence and his love of C.S. Lewis, Mike is committed to helping Fellows grow in wisdom, faith, and vocational clarity. He is a member of The Falls Church Anglican. Before joining the Fellows, Mike served as an international economist with the U.S. Department of the Treasury and USAID, represented the U.S. at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative during the Uruguay Round, and later became chief economist in USAID’s Bureau for Private Enterprise. After government service, he taught international business at Loyola University Maryland and now serves as an adjunct fellow at CSIS and a senior associate at Harvard Business School’s Institute for Strategy and Competitiveness. Mike holds degrees from The Ohio State University (B.S.), Washington University (M.A.), Penn State University (Ph.D.), and completed the Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School.

Having worked many years as an editor at National Geographic Magazine, Glenn knows the challenges young believers face as they move from college to career – and how to help them “build muscle” for facing those challenges. He holds a B.A. in Biblical Studies from Columbia International University and completed training in Christian Worldview with the Colson Fellows. He’s especially passionate about helping fellow Christians live out their faith in every arena of life.

After graduating from UVA in 1996, Regis joined the third class of the Falls Church Fellows. A year later, he was invited to lead the Fellows’ Friday morning Bible Study—and he’s been teaching it ever since. Each week, Regis invites Fellows to see the Old Testament through the Prism of Christ—illuminating the arc of God’s redemptive work from Creation to the Cross to the empowering presence of the Holy Spirit in our lives today. Following his Fellows year, Regis worked in Christian radio before transitioning into visual storytelling. He studied documentary filmmaking at George Washington University and now produces media for artists, leaders, and organizations. Whether behind the camera or opening the Scriptures, Regis is passionate about revealing God's truth, beauty, and goodness.
